Phase 1 - Cabins

- Increased in size the maximum allowable 30% overall square footage
- All new wood paneling throughout with cottage style metal hardware to complete the authentic feel of the cabins
- New roof and natural shingle siding
- Brand new high efficiency windows and composite deck rails and trim were carefully selected to retain the elegant look of simple waterfront cabins.
Phase 2 – Main House
- Brand new foundation with custom stone work
- Second floor roof deck with views to the water
- Dormers and cedar shingle siding complete the Architect designed look
